Increase your MPG via the unused power of your Alternator, while you drive. These are the first hydrogen cells we made last year. We started with the Joe Cell concept and modified it for Electrolysis. The 4 parts of this video show you the inner works of the gas production. You will see, from a birds eye view, the gas being produced in a solid stainless steel container; one that can be put under a strong vaccum. At startup, notice that the gas is being produced in the center of the cell. It then starts producing in adjacent tubes as current moves towards the positive outer tube. For this to happen, your tubes need to be properly aligned North and South. That is, the tops of each tube must be magnetic North, and the bottoms must be magnetic South (the tubes contain "some" magnetism. Think of the tube as a magnet. If your alignment is off on a tube, there will be little to no gas production around that tube. You can test your tubes for N & S by putting a needle on a thread and magnetizing the tip of the needle (N or S). Hang the thread over the tube, just barely clearing the surface, and rock each end of the tube under the needle. It will start to swing as you rock. One end will swing more than the other. Mark them accordingly and put your tubes together with the like marks facing the same direction. It works. Part 2 ...

Just going over some concepts of pulsing the Stanley Meyer tubes with no electrolyte and straight tap water. Appears to work very well for regulating our amperage where before we had no control over the levels being administered to the hho-cell. Spacing between the tubes is about 1/8" Voltage is around 24VDC. Amperage varies due to pulsing of the circuit. The tubes are still being acclimated (broken -in) so that is why you see the red-scummy water in the bath. This was most likely due to dumping all the amperage through the cell in the earlier video. Started to remove the impurities in the metal, unsure of the grade with these tubes. Review / Wavetek Frequency Generator (Model 186) 5MHz Phaselock Loop. Also, OWON PDS-5022S Dual-channel Colour Digital Storage Oscilliscope 25MHz 100MS/s In this video there is no pulse width modulation due to using the LAWTON style switching. This is just some thing I have been working on now for a while and thought I just thought I would share some info. The plates are Home Depot blank wall plates. There are 11 total and they are spaced with 1/16th nylon washers. The plate configuration is +nnnn-nnnn+. I'm using steam distilled water with no electrolyt but will be trying it with electrolyt soon. There is 80volts DC across the plates. My theory is that pulsed high voltage DC is more efficient than just 12 volts DC. I think the Pochintwin videos demonstrate this quite clearly. However I have noticed that the water temp rises faster and the HHO is more power full than with 12volts and baking soda! The reason I'm not using my PWM to drive the toroid is because the frequency that it can put out is to hi to drive such a large transformer / inductor. The magnetic field saturates and it just gets hot! So I will be modifying my PWM to run at a much lower frequency. If your wondering were I got my toroid, I got it from a military parts surplus store.

All are available on ebay Circuit Breaker Connects between the Positive of your Battery and your Relay. Relay: Receives Positve from your Circuit Breaker and sends it to your PWM. Your ignition switch wires to the relay so that your cell is turned on and off from the ignition. ON/OFF Switch: You should go a step farther and add an ON/OFF Switch on your dash. Feed your ignition positive to the ON/OFF Switch. Feed the switch to your Relay control. This allows you to turn the cell off while you are driving. PWM - Pulse Width Modulator: Changes your DC Current to Pulses of DC current. This reduces heat caused by straight DC current. PWM also allows you to adjust the amount of current flow, from inside the vehicle. You have to adjust the electrolytes in your water so that they allow your PWM to reach the maximum amount of current the PWM can handle. In other words, you can run a 20 amp PWM in water that is adjusted to conduct at 20 amps. Adjust your water to the PWM, not the PWM to the water. Digital Amp Gauge/Meter: These are available in Analog and Digital models. I use Digital. I get precise measurement. Amp meters require a SHUNT. The electrolyte is sodium hydroxide at 3 teaspoons per 1.2 liters of distilled water. Sodium hydroxide runs cooler, won't eat your plates, runs clean, won't turn colors, won't color your plates, does not give off any harmful gasses, does not evaporate (just add more distilled water when needed). (Use distilled white vinegar to nuetralize sodium hydroxide in case you spill some on your skin, use gloves) This is a 10 cell unit that has the perfect 1.25-1.40 volt per cell hho production vs. amperage usage.
