Cool HHO is just a basic vid to show a simple idea.The ( Copper Cored HHO Cell) was first built a year ago and is one of three things that will be combined to make a new kind of HHO cell that should produce more gas with very little heat. Sorry no gas output readings testing was done but only against an identical cell but without copper core every test showed the cell with the Copper Core makes more gas with little heat. One things for shore Copper Core means much less heat and much better production. Like most ideas only a lack of funds is stopping any more progress at this time thanks to those greedy USA bankers I hope it was worth it. After having to stop work on this for a while I decided to let all others see so may be I can get some feed back and if others try this for them selfs I can see if they get the same kind of resualts that I've had sofare. I wonder if you could build a dry cell using copper plates that have been electroplated with SS and if you could would it have the same cooler opperating temps that I got on the coil type cell ? All bottom PVC glued, and Positive and Negative hardware installed, barbs installed. coming along. this Gen is going to put out some major HHo, all will be hook to a separate radiator and cooling fan with a 12v pump. Version 2 has been near 2 years in the making gathering new parts and finding the time to build it and chase down parts, plus my other Construction work and Solar projects, talking with other successful builders and a few correspondents with Zero Fossil Fuel, and Rick Laurence.and my own personal knowledge of plumbing, sanding all connecting joints first before pvc primer. this Version 2 should put out more then Version 1, or perhaps the same but with out the connection to the cap and melting because of the connection heat, relocating the terminals under the water line is 100% correction, Lets just call version 1 a fault finder, I took all the faults and fix them, and the what if's, this 4 gen holds 6 gallons of water plus a 2 gallon radiator under the bed of the Chevy S-10 with a cooling fan. Your probably wondering about my gas millage well the only thing I worry about is how many times gas will go up between fill ups or how many times minimum wage will go up between fill ups or if the gas in my tank will go bad before I use it all. before I would only pump 4 gallons and go further then I would on a full tank not using HHo So this redesign should do the same with out the heat problem and the pvc meltage I experienced with version 1

Electrically these PWM's will handle 30 amperes. BUT!! .... Thermally they can not stand 30 amps or even 5 amps for any length of time longer than say 5 or 10 minutes. The heat sinks on this PWM would get too hot to touch even running as low as 5 amps. Once you get one of these PWM's you will need to upgrade the cooling on the MOSFETs at the heat sinks. If I come up with a solution, I will let you know.
