HHO gas, also known as oxyhydrogen can greatly increase the fuel efficiency of cars in which it is used. HHO gas is created through a simple process of electrolysis – the car does not run just on HHO but rather a hybrid of gasoline and HHO which powers the car. HHO has been shown to increase fuel efficiency by as much as 60% in some cases.

HHO is a hydrogen/oxygen compound, in a two to one ratio. This is of course the same proportion as found in water. Combustion is a process in which something is burned in order to release heat energy and begins when a substance is heated to its autoignition threshold.

This is the temperature at which a given substance will spontaneously ignite with no external source of flame needed. The autoignition temperature of HHO is 1065 degrees Fahrenheit and the amount of energy which would be required for this to happen is 20 microjoules. After being ingnited, HHO is converted to water vapor and also releases energy, which sustains this reaction.

One common usage of HHO is in torches which are used ion the manufacturing processes of refractory material. Limelights are another application of HHO (which is sometimes used in lamps), where light is produced by heating lime. HHO can be explosive and for this reason, limelights have for the most part been phased out in favor of electric lighting.

More recently, HHO has been pressed into service helping cars to run on water. There are many manuals on doing this conversion available online which can give you step by step instructions in making your own HHO kits and installing them in your vehicle. When talking about the automotive applications of HHO it is often called Brown gas.

Water will be stored under the hood of the vehicle and ignited by a spark form the car battery. The electrolysis of the water stored in the car will then begin and HHO or Brown gas will be produced as a result. The air intake valve of the car’s engine will pull this gas into the combustion chamber. When mixed with gasoline, this Brown gas gives vehicles dramatically better gas mileage.

It is a simple matter to make and install your own HHO kit for your vehicle – this does not require any specialized knowledge; you don’t need to know the first thing about cars to be successful in installing a HHO kit!

Simple & powerful plasma cutter that you can build at home for under 0! It cuts up to 1/2 inch steel. This is what I made to cut sheets of 316 stainless for building hho cells. It makes cutting stainless like cutting butter. I found that 4x8 foot sheets of 316 cost only 0 so I needed a way to slice them up. Please be aware that there is an error in the schematic at the end which will keep it from working correctly. This video was made in a hurry. I will post some move videos with all the correct info if anyone cares. Engineers told me it was to hard to do and it would take them a year to design a plasma cutter. However, if plasma cutting was invented by accident during world war two then I knew I could do it on purpose. A home made torch head is super cheap, however I choose a replacement torch head because they have better air nozzle control and make a smoother cut; 5 of the price was spent on the "replacement" torch head. I have sold plans in the past, but really this is just to good of a tool to not let everyone know how to build one. So this is my gift to the DIY community.. Please note that in this schematic the inductor and water resistor needs swaping, otherwise it will not work!. The resistor can not be in the torch wire it must be in the work clamp wire.

The spiral is handmade and absorbs about 32 amps (12 volts) and when I have the casing active it goes to 44 amps but the production remains comparable to the 32 amps: I am realizing that good building skills and equipment are a nice thing to have, but in hydroxy production once the cell is perfect unless you are connecting it to a sofisticated fine tuned electronically advanced electric system you go nearly nowhere, you remain stock. So now I will learn as much as I possibly can in order to build an optimized cell and then I will go about hooking it up to the best electronical solutions I can find and balance the two tings together. With all the help I am getting from so many people who care I am sure I can come much closer to this goal. Amox
