This is a new configuration of the housing with the same plate arrangement.I have increased the wire size to #6 stranded copper.I used 5/16 brass bolts and brass nuts and washers at the electrical contact points inside at the stainless conductor strips and outside at the copper wire terminals.I put 1 1/4 inch diameter zinc plated steel washers between 5/16 split ring lock washers to act as cooling fins.I changed the stainless electrical conductor strips connecting the plates to the brass bolts from the 1/2 inch wide strips to a much thicker gauge and about an inch wide strip of stainless.After the run you see here the inside water temp was about 170 degrees F. I dissassembled and inspected the parts to find Heat damage to the home made hdpe washer on the negative terminal on the inside of the housing.This conductor strip is much shorter than the corresponding positive conductor and I believe the positive strip benefited by being cooled by the solution.I also noticed as the solution turned red from what I believe is iron coming from the plates production increased a lot as evident from the increase in flame size and temperature.The climbing temperature of the solution also probably increased the gas output also.

Seventh in the series. This Video is reloaded due to playing problems. I have rebuilt my cell to 5 cells with varied spaces between the cells set up so the negative plates have double spaces and the positives are single. -ssNssNsNsNs+sNsNsNssNss- and so on, **I did try it in reverse with poor results** Since current flows from negative to positive my thought was to allow more space close to the source of current and in turn more room for flow. I'm not sure of my results since all my testing so far has been done with the pump running (RIP), should have my pump by Monday at the latest (I hope) and I will run this test again to get a accurate comparison. On a side note, after yesterdays experiment I have ordered more plates and gaskets from www.fireinthewater.com to use for high voltage testing. If I can get a good result from that then I'll purchase an inverter an see it that will get my numbers where I want them. **Extra note** I tried raising my cell up so that the top was near the bottom of my reservior to shorted the return tube height. Result: good gas flow but almost zero cycling of the electrolyte. Conclusion: for convection flow a height difference is necessary. However, at a certain point high output of gas will cause the fluid to separate from the gas in the return tube and fall back into the cell. And I just like the pump.

Hello Everyone, Just wanted to jump in and show my progress thus far with my HHO project. To describe the cells, the plates are 316L SS, that are 3.5" by 7.5" and 20 awg(0.032") thick. Just for testing purposes and ease of assembly they are held together with hot glue gun glue. They are spaced at 0.050" by means of two razor blades, 0.025" each superglued together, positioned at each corner while gluing. Also for comparing gas production, the cell on the LEFT has been sanded on both sides of each plate(except for the positive plates, just the inside), first with 80 grit then followed up with 36 grit. The cell on the RIGHT has not been sanded anywhere. Both cells have been ground to a point, top and bottom, to reduce leakage(idea from ZeroFossilFuel). Both cells are arranged +nnnnn-nnnnn+ (also from ZeroFF). The solution mixture is 1.25 quarts of distilled water with 0.26 oz of KOH(100% flake). Right now I only have to experiment with a PC power supply and a 18v Ryobi rechargeable battery. I do have plans for better power sources. The HHO gas put out by this system was about 5-6 liters a minute and was awesome. Unfortunately the PWM unit had a problem which dropped the current to the units to just a few amps, so we had to shut it down for the rest of the trip. But indications look like almost a doubling of the mileage (nrmally around 450 miles a tank, here we show already almost 200 miles in a quarter tank- you do the math!

This is a small series of videos on installing hho on a 1990 suburban 4x4 350 cu tbi injected 205000 miles. Brown’s Gas Conversion Kits

HHO gas car kits are the latest innovation to increase gas mileage, increase power and improve your car or trucks emissions. Your car will not be totally dependent on water but will be a hybrid of sorts by utilizing water as a catalyst once it is broken down to HHO also known as browns gas or hydroxy. By using HHO gas you could expect to see and increase in gas mileage of 20 – 50% some are claiming more. This is not new technology but is starting to get rediscovered as gas and diesel prices continue to increase and there is no end in sight.

You can find HHO gas car kits online for hundreds or even thousands of dollars. They are worth every penny! The key here is that if you have a vehicle such as a truck, SUV or car and you would like to make your own HHO or browns gas kit for your car or truck there is a lot of information online on how to get started but to get a complete set of instruction or plans you will need to spend hours searching.

How is HHO gas utilized in your gas or diesel engine. When you convert your car to burn on water you are converting water to a gas that your vehicles engine can use whether it be a gas or diesel engine. Some even refer to this as hydrogen on demand or a hydrogen fuel cell. Through a process of electrolysis water that is in a sealed container under your hood is converted to hydroxy also known as browns gas or HHO gas. This gas is then introduced to the airflow in the intake manifold using your engines vacuum. This gas is then mixed with the gasoline providing better gas mileage.

The process is so amazingly simple and the parts to build the system can be found around home or in your shop. The homemade hydrogen generator or water fuel cell is easy to build. What you are looking at is a sealed quart size container, electrical wiring, baking soda, an automotive fuse and some vacuum hose. There is a handful of other parts but if you are wanting to make such a system it can be made for under $100 per vehicle! There is often plenty of room under most hoods to put a fuel cell or many for better efficiency. Larger engines may require or benefit more with extra cells. What is nice is it requires very little modification to your vehicle and can be removed within minutes and no one would even notice you had it installed. An HHO fuel saver should give you better gas mileage.

There are forums online that talk about HHO gas or browns gas technology as an alternative energy to reduce car emissions, increase gas mileage and improve power. HHO devices for cars are starting to get noticed. This technology has even been brought up in the news for improving gas mileage so there are people who are using it with success to increase gas mileage.
